Doesn't pay rent, called Code Enforcement,
got a dog against the lease,abuses their pet dog,
doesn't pick up dog poop. Has violated many of the
lease agreements and has damaged my property by letting
dog urinate and deficate on my carpet, broke the refrigerator
and broke two chairs. Called law enforcement on ME and
filed a TRO, so I couldn't go into the apartment to inspect
even after 24 hr notice. I took it to court and Judge dissolved
the TRO "in bad faith"
