Seemed to be a nice single mom w/4 kid's.Well that changed quick as i left the electricity in my name for 5 mths since they now didn't have the money for a elec. dep.that they were to switch over in there names after moving in on a sat.the following mon.AAlways late on the rent left owing me for 2 mths.Finally turned power off on her after being left w/a $715.00 elec. bill.Tenant then illegally tapped into the power and turned it back on.I then had to call law enforecement out w/ elec. co to cut lines!!Tenant then hooked up gas generators on my patio for a additional mth. and lived like this.Also during this time her mother (not on lease) placed restraining orders on my self and my husband saying she was in fear of us.Went to court it was of course tossed out.tHEY FINALLY LEFT BUT NOT BEFORE THE TENANTS MOM MADE A FALSE STRIKE CHARGE ON MY HUSBAND.So now not only have they left us w/over $4,000.00 in fees,damages we have also had to hire a lawyer and shell out over a grand on a false charge!!
