Nice enough guy and did NOT LIE about his situation, which was a refreshing change, but stopped paying rent in the fall, signed a stip, paid more, stopped again. i think most of this was because he has child support issues and was temporarily out of a job. Currently being evicted. I asked him MONTHS ago to find a cheaper place to live because he can't afford this one. His lease was up anyway, so he should have just moved. I even offered to help him move! Got this tenant with the house, so it's not the PM's fault that I don't have SS or DL numbers. I think he would be a perfectly fine tenant if he found a place he could really afford.
