The Worst Roach Infestation I've Ever Seen
Let me preface this by saying that we do not manage this apartment. It is located in a community where we manage several units. This is quite possibly the worst rodent infestation I’ve ever seen. A pest control company that we hired out of our pockets for this poor tenant said that they had never seen such an awful infestation. From time to time we have to meet up with our security provider and assist them with patroling the property. This is a part of our service to our clients. These patrols are always an adventure – you never know what will happen!
Watch for Stolen Guns
On 07/23/09 the Tampa Police SAC unit found a loaded pistol at one of the communities we manage. The serial number came back as stolen. This type of situation reminds me of how careful we need to be in the field. ебали жену толпой рассказ
