Our Terms of Use are simple:
1. This is not a venue to rant. It's intended to expose tenants who through fraud, dishonesty and other forms of evil, abuse landlords and the landlord/tenant relationship.
2. So state the TRUTH, state it CLEARLY and DON'T EXAGGERATE. If you lie or exaggerate, you could be sued by the person who you're reporting.
3. Feel free to say good things about your tenants. This site is a record of the good and bad renters among us.
4. If you lie about a tenant and it is proven that you are lying, you will be kicked off.
5. DO NOT enter more than the last three digits of your tenant's social security number and first three digits of your tenant's driver's license numbers. Protecting your tenant's private information is your responsibility.
6. If you curse or discriminate, you will be kicked off.
7. We reserve the right to kick you off TheTenantList.com at any time for any reason. But we will be discerning in this form of action. We understand that you can be lied about too!
8. This is a community bulletin board. TheTenantList.com is not responsible for the content displayed on this forum. You agree to hold TheTenantList.com, and all managers, directors, affiliates and employees, harmless against ANY CONSEQUENCES of your posting on TheTenantList.com whatsoever.
