Problems from the start. Lasted for 6 years! Until I took over for my parents. Gone after lease term. A prime example of abuse on the elderly!!!
Skipped on the last month, trashed house, yard, sublet home you name they did it!
Lied on the application, no jobs, full on attitude thought my parents should be glad they had renters.
Would never rent to these people.
