I just want to defend myself on this. I was having a really hard time at
this time. The Wenochs knew I was unemployed at the time- so I did
not lie on my application. I offered up my deposit for the last months rent. They got fuel assistance and one month rent from the town on me.
They are the ones who lied. The price when I moved in was $750.00.
The Wernochs raised the rent to 850.00$ right after I moved in to include the heat. Stupidly I ageed to that. I owed $600.00 when I left and I told
them to just keep my deposit because there was so much ill will and the wife SCREAMING at me whenever she saw me. I tried to work this out.
These people are transplants from NY so I guess that's just how they act.
The whole thing was extremely upsetting. Things have gotten better form me and thankfully I have a really nice landlord now.
