Originally listed as item A780 on Nov 12, 2008, Now evicted finally for non-payment of rent,due and owing late fees, they left my newly renovated home after 2 1/2 years, a mess.Upon cleaning out the filthy clothes loaded with cat urine and crap, finding cigarette burns as long as cigarettes on the mattress and carpeting,a million push pin holes everywhere,broken cabinets and fixtures, the drug paraphinalia, I would caution his family to consider renting to these deadbeat liars.I know they are probably staying for free in his dead mother-in-law's house, because the bum cannot hold a job, let alone keep the commitments he already made.Beware of these con artist's, the wife tried to put the lease in her name only. The cops were just looking for him so they had been to the house before ,they told me.Thier children should be taken from these sleasy people before they follow in thier parents footsteps.I'm glad I am rid of them, beware the next landlord.http://jimbol1234@yahoo.com »
