Bad tenant! Did not pay rent for months, left stuff in house and yard according to property manager, did not give notice before leaving, left nasty threatening voice mails once I filed for eviction, etc. THis is the same tenant as " John Wilson" which is another name that he gave to someone who went to the house to check on it.
