Tenant calls code enforcement over everything wrong instead of reporting it to the manager or company. Tenant also has a bad attitude with management as well as with code enforcement. Tenant has bounced a check with us then fought about the fees claims it was a bank error and the bank wont provide her with any information. tenant is trying to skip out on us as wee speak.
