Consistently late in Payments, lied about number of dogs she had living with her, Totally trashed the dwelling , including flooding the sink and allowing to overflow onto the kithchen floor causing the underleyment to se]well up...requiring total floor replacement. Alljowed sic dogs to live in the house, feces and hair sever inches deep everwhere throughout the house. Stole furniture that was only to be used during tenancy. Left approximatley eight yards of garbage and trash littered througout....see attached photos.
