Leased my house for 2 years with them and they initiated the agreement to purchase the house. Backed out of verbal agreement and moved out leaving in excess of $25,000 in damage.
Floor tile damaged throughout the residence as well as fist size holes or larger in every room. Master bedroom and living room had other holes in them that were identified as bullet holes by local law enforcement. Closet door torn off hinges in bedroom. Several permenant stains in all bedroom carpets. Stains in one bedroom have been identified as human blood.
Tenants didn't properly care for lawn which cost over $7000 to replace.
