THIS PERSON CAUSED US TO SPEND OVER $5OOO TO RESTORE THE APARTMENT HE LIVED IN. ANIMAL FECAL MATTER EVERYWHERE. NOT ONLY DID WE HAVE TO THROW OUT ALL THE CARPET AND THE PADDING BUT WE HAD TO SHAVE THE WOODEN FLOORS DOWN AND TREAT THE WOOD DUE TO ANIMAL URINE INFESTATION. ANIMAL CONTROL AT EVECTION HAD TO TAKE THE ANIMALS THAT WERE LEFT (ALL CATS) AND EVEN THEY HAD A HARD TIME SPENDING MORE THAN 3 MINUTES IN THIS APARTMENT AS DID THE LOCAL SHERIFF AT THE EVICTION. HYOW CAN HUMANS LIVE LIKE THIS IS MY QUESTION?
