Never paid rent on time. Did not follow the terms of the lease. Harbored fugitives. Run her name on HCSO's web site (something I should have done). Tenant was evicted. She trashed the unit. AND, conveniently during the eviction, contacted a PI attorney and is frivolously suing for slip and fall. Do NOT rent to this person or anyone in her immediate family.
