Tenant and family were always late with rent. Eventually they just stopped paying. I had to evict. They contested the eviction which delayed the process. They always had excuses on why the rent money was late. Always trying to work out a deal with me. It worked for a while. When they finally did leave the house was destroyed. They had only been there 8 months. The filth was unbeleavable and the roaches were incredible. These people are swindlers. Don't fall into their trap.
