Nina Faries is a pathalogical liar who bounced a check, then vacated the unit without any notice, reneging on a signed contract. She then proceeded to make a series of lies over several weeks, too many to count, about how she would make good on the payment. SHE NEVER PAID A DIME FOR STAYING IN MY UNIT. Each story she told was more contrived than the last one. Upon contacting her bank, I found out her account was frozen due to multiple "other problems".
The scary thing is that she owns a business in the Fort Walton Beach, Florida area - Home Maid Cleaning and Organizing. Based upon my experience and the info from her bank, she is a nightmare
to deal with and I would recommend running from her as fast as possible. Anybody needing further clarification, please contact me.
