This house was sold w/ a contract with a 1 year delayed closing. After the first year Amy could still not qualify for a loan. We extended the contract for another year. I told her we would make things work. Instead she did not pay August and September rent. All though she promised she could catch up in October. Amy moved from the house w/o my knowledge. The place was a wreck. No lawn left, screens off windows torm. The carpet in the entire house will need to be replaced due to dog urine stains. To top all of that off, she stole my gas range and dishwasher, and tried to unhook the overhead microwave. This is what I got when I was trying so hard to make things work for. Any attempt of communication was ignored and would hang up every time I called her.
