Always late with rent. 2 months behind at this point and we just served her with a 3 day notice. Now we are going forward with eviction. She has been extremely rude to landlord when asked for rent payment. Do yourself a favor and avoid renting to this tenant. She changed the locks without authorization. The carpet which was brand new a year ago is trashed with stains and may need replacement. A hole in the master bedroom. If you decide to rent to her make sure you do an extensive background check to see how bad this one is. Final judgement for eviction granted 1/29/2010.
