I held my rental house for a month and a half for ms Johnson only to find out from her HUD worker that she was not moving in. Her reason accordng to her worker-Because I wanted the deposit up front. I always get the deposit up front and she had a month and a half to get her finances in order. I lost over $1500 in rent holding and now the Christmas Holiday is upon us and not much chance of rental till the new year. She comes off as such a responsible person but beware. She will leave you holding the bag with empty pockets. It is the 12th of december and she was to move in December 1. I have still not heard a word. The electric was transferred and is still in her name as I have to pay reconect plus get a new account. A hard lesson learned for me and my first experience with HUD.
