Tenant was always late and refused to willingly pay fee's. Did not turn in Keys for Unit or Mailbox. Left before lease expiration. Recieved complaints about domestic fights and noise from others. Unit left with electrical covers and light switch covers removed. Had to proceed with Eviction. Court ordered Judgment and Writ Of Garnishment over $3,000 was awarded. Very hostile when confronted with payment. Would order repairs on non covered appliences and deduct from rent. Would deduct self made repairs on items allready covered under a service contract without contacting landlord.
