Tenant left when lease expired, but trashed the house. Tenant left garbage everywhere--food in the kitchen, behind the cabinets and on floor. Tenant left assorted garbage in all of the rooms and in the garage. Tenant left large furniture in the house. I had to have a hauling company come in and load up two dumpsters with garbage.
