Late payment of October, November & December, nonpayment of January, moved out 1/10/10, turned off all circuit breakers in condo, took vanity cabinet over toilet, kept all keys including electronic remote garage door openers (2), removed innards of deadbolt lock, took handle off sliding glass door, put glue in only door into garage and unplugged garage door opener, broke light fixture.
