Left place dirty and damaged and didn't pay rent for the last 2 monrths of residence. Kept giving excuses for reasons she didn't pay the rent for 2 months and then tried to make it sound as if it was my fault. Minor child was very destructive to house's interiior and was involved in breaking and entering into an unauthorized area.
