Cynthia Haffey is the landlord- S. Newman is her bf and property manager.

I broke the lease by mailing an Intent to Vacate letter dated 11-12-09 with a move out date of Dec. 1- we actually left the week before. THe landlord was set up on an automatic payment plan through my bank with payments for the reminder fo the lease being made directly to them every two weeks until paid. The landlord has been cashing the checks as provided through my monthly statements.

The house was left in the same condition as when we moved in- except for the damage in the master bedroom that was made by the landlord to repair a plumbing leak and was never put back to it's original condition.

I have pictures of before we moved in and pictures of the last day we were in the home. I also have a copy fo the letter that was mailed to the landlord and a copy of the eviction notice they served AFTER receiving my intent to vacate letter. The 3day notice (never filed through the court house) was served during a business day on my personal vehicle at my place of employment by S. Newman who was on duty driving his City of Lakeland Code Enforcement vehicle. Personal business for his girlfriend while on duty with the City.

I also have saved threatening text from S. Newman and emails back and forth documenting the events that happened throughout the landlord/tenant relationship.
