This tenant was a section 8 recipient. Thank [censored]! The tenant did not pay their portion of the rent from July 08', to January 10' (when she was FINALLY evicted). In addition to the unpaid rents, this tenant has caused damage to the apt. that is WELL BEYOND normal wear and tear. Also, this tenant proved to be disruptive, disrespectful, filthy, manipulative, and when she senses that you're on to her act she becomes belligerent. Do your sanity a favor. DO NOT RENT TO THIS PERSON!!!
