Mother with daughter, Barbara "Ann" Griffin. Trashed the rental property with many animals. Allowed animals to relieve themselves all over inside the property. Left layer of cat feces on top of refrigerator. Did not clean and the animal odor was horrendous. Abandoned an inoperable car on the property. Altered property without permission. But....they did pay their rent on time up until they left without notice.
