DEAD BEAT TENANTS - Lydia Clonts is one of those people who blames all of life's miseries on everyone else but herself. Lied on application about pets. Constantly late on rent. Kept rental property in a state of utter filth. During one maintenance call, I had to step over piles of soiled clothing and other debris completely covering the master bedroom floor just to get to the bathroom. During annual renewal of termite control treament, the Pest Control company told me they would not renew contract because of filthy condition of dwelling. During the first year of lease, she made numerous false claims of 30 days notice to move (each time conincided with a late rent payment), they finally provided hand scribed notice one afternoon and moved in the wee hours of the morning the next day. Refused to honor active lease and pay remaining rent. Lied to the next realtor they found foolish enough to rent to them, by giving my name as reference but knowingly giving them one of their old disconnected phone numbers, as well as saying they did not have an active lease in affect. LANDLORD BEWARE and DO NOT RENT to this deadbeat pair. Small claims case has been initiated to recover repair costs of willful damage to master bathroom.
