Does pay some rent, but not all, and frequently late. Refuses to pay for April because she feels entitled to use her security deposit for that. but she is not entitled to her security deposit because she did not comply with the terms of her lease. She did NOT give notice as required. She says she told the property manager that she was going to move out on April 30th, so that was her notice. She called me and told me this on MAY 1st and she hadn't moved out yet, nor did she tell me when she would move out. Property manager reports that house is a mess and she got a codes violation for trash and auto parts in the yard recently. We got the tenant with the house so the PM is not at fault for the lack of DL and ss numbers.
