Always late first few months, then flat out Non payers, when requesting rent be paid they threaten that things around the house might not be up to code. Changed locks, won't allow entry for repairs or inspection, these are nightmare tenants. We have been fighting them for 2 months without rent with the court trying to get a date for eviction to take to the sheriff.
