Paid second month's rent 2 weeks late and $250 short. Did not pay third or fourth's months' rent. Brought in a dog when the lease clearly states no pets. When confronted about being in default of the lease and landlord placed a "for rent" sign in the yard, tenant removed the sign and cursed out the landlord. Legally evicted; did not appear for the hearing, yet still remained in the house after the judgment. Took second refrigerator. Actually polite people, but just bad tenants by virtue of not living up to their part of the lease agreement.
